Corporate Social Responsibility

At Corniche we are committed to operating with integrity, in line with industry legislation and in accordance with our company values, all of which are underpinned by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Here’s an outline of our key policies.

Mission Statement

Our Vision is to develop and maintain a relationship with our clients based on a culture of mutual trust, transparency, understanding and integrity. We will strive to deliver a consistently high level of service, irrespective of value or size of client or contract.

Our Purpose is to meet and exceed our clients’ expectations in terms of value, quality, and standards, and to achieve growth through client retention, repeat business and client acquisition. The key to achieving this goal is our quest for continuous improvement and our ability to maintain a competent, qualified workforce and supply chain.

Quality Management Statement

Corniche Construction Ltd is committed to the continual improvement of processes, systems, and production. We are also committed to the development of our staff by creating an environment in which each employee is motivated towards the goals of meeting or exceeding our clients' expectations.
We have developed and implemented our own management system which benchmarks our performance, that of employees and of the supply chain, to ensure that we match and better the current Best Practice Standards in the industry. In addition, we have developed a system based on competencies for our employees to maintain and develop their knowledge and skills.
By continually improving our administration and construction management processes, we aim to meet or improve, where appropriate, the requirements of the project specification and adhere to construction programmes and budgets. Our objective will be achieved by employee and supply chain involvement, communication at all levels and our ability to adapt and generate trust and credibility.

Our quest for complete customer satisfaction informs all our decisions and actions.

We aim to operate a business where people feel they are respected and valued and can achieve their potential regardless of race, colour, nationality, national or ethnic origins, sexual orientation, disability or age.
